Jill and Chris had a beautiful day filled with tons of laughter and love. It was a pleasure to be able to capture their memories in the mountains of New Hampshire. I really enjoyed the last few holes of golf with the men as they were very funny. The groomsmen wore tan linen suits with purple ties to match the bridesmaids deep purple dresses. Purple is by far Jill’s favorite color she says she wears it almost everyday. Dinner was excellent and I loved that Chris and Jill were able to spend 20 minutes at their cocktail hour after taking pictures. When chatting with Jill she said that one of the most important things to her was that her friends and family were there to witness their wedding ceremony. The ceremony was on the third hole of the golf course with a beautiful view and I am certain everyone enjoyed it. She also said that the best part of wedding planning was the dress shopping and food tasting. Jill was exactly what Chris needed in life and I wish them happiness and strength through the good and the bad times for the rest of their lives.
When I asked Jill how she met Chris this was her answer: “We met at the Black Brimmer bar in Manchester NH. His friend stepped on my friend’s foot and then we ended up talking to each other for the rest of the night. We exchanged numbers and were pretty much inseparable ever since we started dating. Our personalities just clicked and I’m forever grateful that I went out that night.” This is what she said for the proposal story: “We were opening Christmas gifts and I had asked for a pair of boots. I opened the boots and there was tissue paper sticking out of the boots. He told me that there was something else in the boots. I reached in and pulled out the box with my engagement ring in it. I asked him, “Is this what I think it is?” He got down on one knee in front of the Christmas tree and asked me to marry him. Clearly, I said Yes.”
