- If you answered mostly 1’s….your wedding Style may be Vintage.
Vintage brides often have things like old cars, recycled centerpieces, these ladies are eco-friendly and usually have favors that are useful such as jelly or jam. Think the flappers era…1920’s when women began doing things they wanted to do, dressing much more scandalous (for the time). Sometimes Vintage can also be your parents wedding….just give it a twist of you and make it a little more stylized vintage. Vintage wedding couples often see each other before the ceremony and really enjoy creating an atmosphere for their wedding story.
If you answered mostly 2’s…your wedding Style may be Modern.
The modern bride can mean many things as almost everything in our booming technological age is modern. Specifically we are talking about using colors like black, white, and red. Having the wedding professionally lit, using a chic venue, matching tall elaborate centerpieces. The modern bride wants to look sexy and often wears fancy shoes. The modern bride does Boudoir for her husband to be. Modern brides are destination wedding candidates because they do things the way they want to do them without concern for others views or tradition.
If you answered mostly 3’s…your wedding style may be Timeless.
Timeless brides are black tie brides. The bride that wants it all, and then some. A bride that follows the traditions, gets married in a huge catholic church. You aren’t jumping on the latest wedding trend bandwagon, you often have roses for your floral arrangements, enjoy a sit down individually plated meal, and have a classic band playing. These brides often enjoy working with a planner, their colors are seamless in-between the church and reception. They usually have a large bridal party and generally get married in an urban environment.
If you answered mostly 4’s…your wedding style may be Country Casual.
Country casual is very trendy right now. These brides will be married outside, often receptions are under tents in backyards, or in finished barns. The décor ranges from lanterns to table seating charts hanging from clothespins. The details at a country casual wedding really make the difference. They are a hodgepodge of ingredients and often have been collected for more than 12 months in advance of the wedding. Things like mason jars for the guests to drink from, old boxes to set the cards in, and birdcages for decoration. This is the type of wedding where women wear sun dresses and men wear silly socks with their kaki’s.
