On another balmy Maine day I drove three hours to meet Jennifer and Mike for the first time at one of the visitor centers at the entrance of Acadia National Park. Jennifer and Mike had a beautiful wedding with talented photographers in NY but wanted to take advantage of their love of the outdoors while they were in Maine. Photos tend to remind you of how much you love your other half and just offer an excuse to be kissing in public 🙂 These anniversary photos in Acadia National Park were so much fun to take. They claimed they were awkward but in truth they were so much fun to be around. I loved talking with them about their wedding and life while giving Mike a hard time about his sarcastic remarks. We went to the Jordan Pond area first and then up to the top of Cadillac Mountain for sunset. They had never been to the area and I think really enjoyed the views. It is for sure a spectacular spot and I love having an excuse to visit. I really hope they make Maine a yearly tradition and maybe consider taking photos with me again as a part of it. Best of luck to you two with your new home–you are in my prayers and thoughts!
