Clara and Dallas have turned their gorgeous home into a wedding venue! It is the Overlook at the Point in Georgetown Maine which makes a wonderful coastal Maine wedding spot. The house has been in the family for generations and holds the fondest childhood memories for her. They say a little rain on your wedding day is good luck and it gave this wedding so many memories and so much character. It hadn’t rained all day and then just before Clara was going to go down the stairs to the aisle it started to really rain! So we took a break and put it on hold for a few minutes while the shower passed and then we had a take two and did it all again! It did rain for a little bit in the beginning but then it cleared up and was a perfect afternoon! Her dress was so much fun! She twirled, danced, and just enjoyed wearing it! They say everything happens for a reason and I think weddings are the best kind of example of that. I say that it was a perfect day but I say that every time because honestly each and every one of the weddings I photograph is completely perfect because of the people, their love, and their own unique wedding day experiences. It was a pleasure to work with this talented team throughout the day!
