I am super honored to be able to have captured these memories. This wedding wasn’t just another wedding for me to photograph it was one of my college friends weddings. Not just any college friend but the groom (Adam) lived next door to my suite junior year of college. Where we went Adam probably wasn’t far behind. For years after college Adam would call from Miami and we would chat about old times, and our new lives. One particular call many years ago now he told me all about a girl. I just sort of took it in stride because not many women ever stuck in Adam’s life. The next time we talked months later when I asked about her, he told me she was the most incredible thing to happen to him and he was sure she was his person. I am so happy for Adam. He has never been happier then he is with Lauren. She changed his life and completed his story. I am so thankful that they found each other. Thank you, Lauren, for taking such good care of this guy. I hope you keep me in your lives and I get to watch as you begin this new journey.
Some of my favorite parts of this Maine summer camp wedding:
*Kickball game
*All of the kids and their adorable outfits
*Lauren’s choreographed dance into the ceremony
*Lauren’s short but sexy wedding dress
*Their boat ride after the wedding
*The sign that Lauren made for the bar area
